The Supported Employment & Education Program (SEED) is a program designed to help young adults enroll in school or obtain competitive work in the community and provide the supports necessary to ensure success in school or in the workplace.

Our mission is to provide young adults the resources and skills necessary to transition into adulthood. Resource specialists work alongside young adults to develop leadership, confidence, and life skills that will empower them to pursue their inner power through self-

discovery.

We’re a youth-driven, chapter-based organization dedicated to improving services and systems that support positive growth and development by uniting the voices of individuals who have lived experience in various systems including mental health, juvenile justice, education, and child welfare.

In partnership with: Milwaukee County BHS & St. Charles Youth & Family Services, Inc.
